We will have our display room setup and ready for visitors starting at noon on Friday. Please stop by and see our new product and say "Hi!".<br />We are also doing the finishing touches on the 2012 John Deere catalog. It should be posted on our website around November 11th. <br />Most of you may of heard that we are now part of Tomy International. You won't see much change in the Ertl product line because of this change, although you will notice the Tomy name starting to show up on our packaging. <br />That's it for now.<br />BillBill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-84729613596099764602011-06-02T11:32:00.000-07:002011-06-02T11:36:23.667-07:00Summer Farm Toy Show<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggMlQ5Bg6WZPihbP__wq_boiLJpHCBxDK0On-dAMSBuolZtjFy5RqtVG-C_Rz1O_Y2p9i478dmzgNTNU1h-3Iq26bODcsvsEn37ALPCMRqX7eSK2MRh-7UsstSIx2PDza6ZWXD03w4tQkI/s1600/MVC-003F.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 400px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613693023627132706" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggMlQ5Bg6WZPihbP__wq_boiLJpHCBxDK0On-dAMSBuolZtjFy5RqtVG-C_Rz1O_Y2p9i478dmzgNTNU1h-3Iq26bODcsvsEn37ALPCMRqX7eSK2MRh-7UsstSIx2PDza6ZWXD03w4tQkI/s400/MVC-003F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqkQ1t5L3QUQSpx50dCtOmVcJH46FYjPy8prIPaxSVvc257dCCQJd3J8NMJ-0RumffYepdgtq-jQoLdL2N2KHXXp6pjgfBD7dUKF1qx7NZ3QI5ZD8qtxXnBB9YhLLnLyxXLVzO7Wl-LZj4/s1600/MVC-002F.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 400px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613693018983686930" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqkQ1t5L3QUQSpx50dCtOmVcJH46FYjPy8prIPaxSVvc257dCCQJd3J8NMJ-0RumffYepdgtq-jQoLdL2N2KHXXp6pjgfBD7dUKF1qx7NZ3QI5ZD8qtxXnBB9YhLLnLyxXLVzO7Wl-LZj4/s400/MVC-002F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxoXZBKtiXcsKkqNxK9yDYHmsQzHKSYZMZqoeXBlxwuWdhRM6Cf_WaWO9px_lQ1_cR5J6ayvT28lhD6M0qa1pEqaIQB6BFUcm5m4HKG9Ekk6UdINi8aijtAP4uOHSYy2F0I1SueC8PHJN9/s1600/MVC-001F.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 400px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613693018032293938" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxoXZBKtiXcsKkqNxK9yDYHmsQzHKSYZMZqoeXBlxwuWdhRM6Cf_WaWO9px_lQ1_cR5J6ayvT28lhD6M0qa1pEqaIQB6BFUcm5m4HKG9Ekk6UdINi8aijtAP4uOHSYy2F0I1SueC8PHJN9/s400/MVC-001F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><div>It's finally June, the weather is warming up, and I finally have to mow my grass every week. We still have some work to do, but I think you can see the detail we've included on this model.</div><div></div><br /><div>Powered by a 955 cubic inch V-8 engine, the 8850 was John Deere's first tractor with 300 horsepower. The 8850 was produced from 1982 to 1989. The new 8960 tractor that replaced the 8850 went back to a 14L in-line, six-cylinder engine that was turbocharged and aftercooled.</div><div></div><br /><div>This V-8 engine made the 8850 unique in the John Deere line, and to the other models in the "50" series. It was great talking to the dealers about our new toys and collectibles coming out in 2011. Two items that caught the attention of many Case IH dealers were our new 4WD pedal tractors.</div><br /><div></div><div>First is the new Case IH Steiger 600 pedal tractor. This replicates the new 600HP Steiger tractor that Case just introduced last Fall. This tractor was featured in our 2011 Case IH catalog and should start shipping later this month.</div><br /><div></div><div>Second is a new vintage Steiger PTA297 pedal tractor. I believe this is the first mass produced Steiger pedal tractor ever built. If you love the vintage green Steigers, then this is one item you need to look at. This item is scheduled to ship later this Summer.</div><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div></div>Bill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-16039901057037064312011-01-12T08:14:00.000-08:002011-01-12T08:19:43.897-08:00New 1/64th Case IH Authentics TractorI'm happy to announce that our next Case IH Authentic will be the new Case IH 450 Steiger tractor. The new Steiger tractors from Case IH have two different frame sizes. The large frame units consist of the 500, 550 and 600 models. The "smaller" of the two frames include the 350, 400 and 450 models.<br /><br />We're already shipping several versions of the larger frame models. The 600 Quadtrac with the air seeder, a dual wheeled 500 model, and also a 600 Wheeled as a special "Spring" show tractor.<br /><br />We hope you enjoy the 450 model, with the added detail you've come to expect from our Authentics line.<br /><br />BillBill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-43652927469149560582010-11-11T05:55:00.000-08:002010-11-11T06:02:17.295-08:00Welcome to the new Ertl WebsiteIt's been almost 4 months since my last update. Now that the website is up and running, look for more frequent updates and blogs from me.<br /><br />I did want to let everyone know that our 2011 John Deere catalog will be released on Nov. 19. The only place you will be able to find it is right here on our Ertl website. <br /><br />Thanks for your interest in Ertl. Come back often and check out our new items.<br /><br />BillBill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-31848414752825076672010-07-09T09:16:00.000-07:002010-07-09T09:24:36.571-07:00New Pedal Tractors<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTY_zpuixh8cLH4d4vuKsE9L_J4C_7FGfS5EROnfkW2CzLJz69P-IU0FOpDR9vnKM9Urh9a81NK5FQvQdSPjiP5HwvO4yIQilPweIMgviRbZPmS7jAbsGOtCH7LTj-_YqTVQpWJkBBjJ_I/s1600/MVC-009F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5491943062365297202" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTY_zpuixh8cLH4d4vuKsE9L_J4C_7FGfS5EROnfkW2CzLJz69P-IU0FOpDR9vnKM9Urh9a81NK5FQvQdSPjiP5HwvO4yIQilPweIMgviRbZPmS7jAbsGOtCH7LTj-_YqTVQpWJkBBjJ_I/s400/MVC-009F.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhP7RV9eOoAtqIfWz9Y-zLMp5jRe_j-3qbwk2jAPyucRuPhWxrmZeKbZUEyqq9KYM48_l9jqG7By8GjYCLse5a7vw4-iVNlI7F5atyv-h9Ihs1KfC0StITm6mjOBgMUuUp0cDBlaKRLwlM4/s1600/MVC-008F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5491943056850944146" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhP7RV9eOoAtqIfWz9Y-zLMp5jRe_j-3qbwk2jAPyucRuPhWxrmZeKbZUEyqq9KYM48_l9jqG7By8GjYCLse5a7vw4-iVNlI7F5atyv-h9Ihs1KfC0StITm6mjOBgMUuUp0cDBlaKRLwlM4/s400/MVC-008F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLJDGjhJbL-24y2eZcXX36G6R3KPXJQV8EZwDy8JUjWvLjPcbSkD1EhcdjHVTpBmsKPtDON3HR66AowJk3jgvtMcpQ38GgaeiWySgoNIYAnsfkHwIANHteB63E1kURugQuqJLWnOnHmIy-/s1600/MVC-007F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5491943046460362002" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLJDGjhJbL-24y2eZcXX36G6R3KPXJQV8EZwDy8JUjWvLjPcbSkD1EhcdjHVTpBmsKPtDON3HR66AowJk3jgvtMcpQ38GgaeiWySgoNIYAnsfkHwIANHteB63E1kURugQuqJLWnOnHmIy-/s400/MVC-007F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div>We were able to introduce several new pedal tractors at the Summer Farm Toy Show. First is the Case IH Magnum 180 Stars and Stripes model. I love the graphics on this model!! I don't recall ever seeing a pedal tractor that has such a unique look. I'm seriously thinking of buying one for myself!!</div><br /><div></div><div>Next is the JD 7020 4WD pedal tractor. This is another first for Ertl to have an articulating pedal tractor. This is a design that is patent pending and finally allows us to replicate 4WD tractors. This pedals on this unit actually drive the two front wheels vs. the rear tires on our other models. Yes, the unit is actually steered from the steering wheel. Most of you already know that we tooled an cab interior for these units, and put some different tires on these models vs. what has been done in the past. Let's talk about the 440 model first. We added a "Williams Brothers" graphic under the left side cab door and also replicated one of their real tractors by giving this unit a silver engine. For the 500 model, we added in "Power Shift" wording on the decal striping. There will also be a limited plated models of both units available. I note that these are already for sale on Van Kley's website. The real Big Bud 747 is also making news. It is now in Indenpendence, IA, which is just 40 miles from Dyersville. I don't think too many farmers around here need that much horsepower, but as they say, "There is no replacement for displacement!!"" </div></div></div></div>Bill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-22003023079996400472010-03-26T14:35:00.000-07:002010-03-26T14:40:41.846-07:001/32nd John Deere 8760 for the Plow City show<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVd67DWIuWH7MK_4d7mc-1tRAv3YoN1pA_Fyo9kBYbMovsjrU2p6TcFy7OBIm3XeeBwF8tIp5AcyOGXfcooFsq1LFMEG6YSJgIQvdQSoJmRaHv9VkPcIQP6vXRJ96gZXN1DuuJ8j6fc6Lj/s1600/MVC-007F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453060637977695826" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVd67DWIuWH7MK_4d7mc-1tRAv3YoN1pA_Fyo9kBYbMovsjrU2p6TcFy7OBIm3XeeBwF8tIp5AcyOGXfcooFsq1LFMEG6YSJgIQvdQSoJmRaHv9VkPcIQP6vXRJ96gZXN1DuuJ8j6fc6Lj/s320/MVC-007F.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4dpTTi0gaZ9FrsLj8PsAHj3z03RbCF0Kc2ENtksWz6tT4uLysR1-wGJcZjm3LbOMjmNXgiJQs72OBGL-9jt2gvbisN78OTk0RqU4niMaAQ0rmzLjmUUWwicuZzRdSdProT7w4CVu_7SbM/s1600/MVC-008F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453060629743734674" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4dpTTi0gaZ9FrsLj8PsAHj3z03RbCF0Kc2ENtksWz6tT4uLysR1-wGJcZjm3LbOMjmNXgiJQs72OBGL-9jt2gvbisN78OTk0RqU4niMaAQ0rmzLjmUUWwicuZzRdSdProT7w4CVu_7SbM/s320/MVC-008F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsk5FBsDvNufKRC_XMT5vFJkQd8erzVeyjoAVWOCQnY6pjkE47llkkl8qcRGgpGmRmM3beuBoQpczzAZGpPSuY6-NSXsQM4lx-j7WAIQdQ_Mj_K99scZ_NKPspSkOUAdDe8SRhlKNqx2__/s1600/MVC-009F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453060626030665474" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsk5FBsDvNufKRC_XMT5vFJkQd8erzVeyjoAVWOCQnY6pjkE47llkkl8qcRGgpGmRmM3beuBoQpczzAZGpPSuY6-NSXsQM4lx-j7WAIQdQ_Mj_K99scZ_NKPspSkOUAdDe8SRhlKNqx2__/s320/MVC-009F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCNLlTPgl9w8nLuT3Gq1Flobxkw92uScoS7q7f8l9v5S3i0JoWHWfC6VrSYTd59g2KxpHsLgubOZ5bKj99nhTS2GKoA8GTlUMnjFlvgxI088gBAIoQnB2hyMvymYm0hKx2z98e7GGapbM1/s1600/MVC-010F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453060619984299858" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCNLlTPgl9w8nLuT3Gq1Flobxkw92uScoS7q7f8l9v5S3i0JoWHWfC6VrSYTd59g2KxpHsLgubOZ5bKj99nhTS2GKoA8GTlUMnjFlvgxI088gBAIoQnB2hyMvymYm0hKx2z98e7GGapbM1/s320/MVC-010F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><div>Sorry I haven't posted lately. Ertl had produced a 5X88 1/64th tractor back twenty years ago. We tried running this tooling, but it was beyond repair. This new tooling includes cab glass and separate steps, something we obviously didn't have on the original tooling. We'll also have a version of this tooling as one of our State Tractors in 2010. </div></div></div>Bill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-12099188336572748382010-02-05T11:21:00.000-08:002010-02-05T11:28:01.655-08:00Look what I found<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZpIhBLboW4pBOgKT005_V6Njc9TSkPsPtUdI_N07pduspwWViKWb_0zd3-0JqUE8r5N9FgocH5vJsJNMCPnznhzbHHszp1IfftZvLUMZKN7PnJlWOWNxsw5GQBv-gytJXe5ltHpwCgids/s1600-h/MVC-030F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5434843326563396594" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZpIhBLboW4pBOgKT005_V6Njc9TSkPsPtUdI_N07pduspwWViKWb_0zd3-0JqUE8r5N9FgocH5vJsJNMCPnznhzbHHszp1IfftZvLUMZKN7PnJlWOWNxsw5GQBv-gytJXe5ltHpwCgids/s320/MVC-030F.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg02M5E0y3rFYht4U8OdfTIf5BwXVj0xGqsg_rim18UdBZ1-Jd4VwjyY611i33rBaG8qcC5ooIETW76QD_RBP5weirHYytGOw5EdMEJP1DA2HxDz1vcY1MiAJE1L26W4zEKwnwl-Dalcm1y/s1600-h/MVC-029F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5434843322674096178" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg02M5E0y3rFYht4U8OdfTIf5BwXVj0xGqsg_rim18UdBZ1-Jd4VwjyY611i33rBaG8qcC5ooIETW76QD_RBP5weirHYytGOw5EdMEJP1DA2HxDz1vcY1MiAJE1L26W4zEKwnwl-Dalcm1y/s320/MVC-029F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div>I'm sure most of you know by now that I work out of the Dyersville, IA office. Here in Dyersville we have the marketing, engineering, graphics and sales functions that handle most of the agricultural toys. Adjacent to the office is one of our warehouses where most of the farm product is stored and shipped out to retailers.</div><br /><br /><div>In the warehouse we have a special "archive" room where we've tried to keep samples of the product we've produced over the years. One of the items we have is a very early John Deere 1/64th tractor set. No one knows exactly when this specific set was produced, but most of the tractors shown in this set were tooled in 1967. You probably can't tell from the pictures, but most of these tractors had hooks for a hitch, instead of the holes we now use. It's interesting to me to look at the design of these tractors vs. what we are currently tooling today. I'm intrigued by the big blister card. Who knows, maybe someday we'll do this again. </div></div>Bill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-89706592152245020722010-01-29T14:40:00.000-08:002010-01-29T14:47:24.418-08:001/32nd John Deere 8RT Tractor<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZp2_zNUgdEAPwst64TSlJtKpR6CBrJeuN5vxS0xQRhyphenhyphenQ3aBxJRcJ_2X8aBJKyfJXzG3CsDYDFHdiMdrsIt6CYS-2EHCJZEPSYk2tGOzQa5263dn9L7uufUfJlCuxguU-GffQxZaUFfnQ7/s1600-h/MVC-012F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5432296813207670882" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZp2_zNUgdEAPwst64TSlJtKpR6CBrJeuN5vxS0xQRhyphenhyphenQ3aBxJRcJ_2X8aBJKyfJXzG3CsDYDFHdiMdrsIt6CYS-2EHCJZEPSYk2tGOzQa5263dn9L7uufUfJlCuxguU-GffQxZaUFfnQ7/s320/MVC-012F.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje4iNbFcaQwgPdrtob3_cNpWpHgxbIWFkuSF-LYAUKB5gz5WmbzqkSlTtSpKlUlj8VGi2IS68XAXQF0thVi8PkPB5f1VKO7MrbGCXq0dL4oxWG3g4eV1B52heqGpmdfF1ddVZTgpfPK4TM/s1600-h/MVC-011F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5432296808838200914" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje4iNbFcaQwgPdrtob3_cNpWpHgxbIWFkuSF-LYAUKB5gz5WmbzqkSlTtSpKlUlj8VGi2IS68XAXQF0thVi8PkPB5f1VKO7MrbGCXq0dL4oxWG3g4eV1B52heqGpmdfF1ddVZTgpfPK4TM/s320/MVC-011F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsrO0adVg0QCYo5GN8PUoVYKCThftWJmSG6Ui0lypeJw6iqlJLc5_efCkbijv_CULNJ9LDlqA0bQAfhyphenhyphenHO1OSTlJPetOpFIC76L9PVAttK9O_f1alBsw2P_U87IYWg-7JVAP_ffsHPj6uZ/s1600-h/MVC-010F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5432296804683417922" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsrO0adVg0QCYo5GN8PUoVYKCThftWJmSG6Ui0lypeJw6iqlJLc5_efCkbijv_CULNJ9LDlqA0bQAfhyphenhyphenHO1OSTlJPetOpFIC76L9PVAttK9O_f1alBsw2P_U87IYWg-7JVAP_ffsHPj6uZ/s320/MVC-010F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqz1WovymsBMr2ubdOpyGfAQHTBBp78XxKdVFTTWk3dbD7gehA8lgcbJWjaeoBYLz0bTs0Fn8nffQ2sWlBvbr76CprbusI3OlO4J-hp6dvCP-4oft_aLudsdjxJ-c4pfvMkX30JHE5K6xj/s1600-h/MVC-009F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5432296797293782466" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqz1WovymsBMr2ubdOpyGfAQHTBBp78XxKdVFTTWk3dbD7gehA8lgcbJWjaeoBYLz0bTs0Fn8nffQ2sWlBvbr76CprbusI3OlO4J-hp6dvCP-4oft_aLudsdjxJ-c4pfvMkX30JHE5K6xj/s320/MVC-009F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><div>Here are pictures of the new 1/32nd John Deere 8RT series tractor. Case IH will have a booth at both the Ag Connect 2010 show in Orlando, Florida, along with the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky.<br /><br />2010 also marks the 25th Anniversary of Case IH. We're celebrating this anniversary by adding in some "red chrome" chase tractors into the production run. The picture below shows both versions of the tractors. This is stock # 14748A. Good luck in finding this.<br />Bill<br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjgmb0lz0VHUAcR1cxGlKk0sfOtPhFrLjnlyt_uY-PFCB_m8DLByaQ6tfJpaJdsYpAfkqDDI12nR1ZYXUeZaSVqEyoRoNURUo3fcokNxKgTqcV4PKEj2wpboP6gwWEXaTwNwHTgDCh2b7N_/s1600-h/14748A_H_L.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5417706934396520290" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjgmb0lz0VHUAcR1cxGlKk0sfOtPhFrLjnlyt_uY-PFCB_m8DLByaQ6tfJpaJdsYpAfkqDDI12nR1ZYXUeZaSVqEyoRoNURUo3fcokNxKgTqcV4PKEj2wpboP6gwWEXaTwNwHTgDCh2b7N_/s320/14748A_H_L.JPG" /></a><br /><div></div>Bill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-40270126283196181572009-11-19T11:19:00.001-08:002009-11-19T11:24:01.366-08:00New 1/32nd Case IH 9120 Tracked Combine<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6Ri7hOkxwPkKHujR_oo_EeHl7Msun7Av7hOHa3wTsN4K_X8ePJewyYDpBDF2-hinR80h2O2h4-dyuI2c2uDDx5I3xhghePimTO7hBVmJ4aOo-qtO6-2HmyE08k8r6fubzTc2gzzGQMHJu/s1600/MVC-006F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5405897660054604866" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6Ri7hOkxwPkKHujR_oo_EeHl7Msun7Av7hOHa3wTsN4K_X8ePJewyYDpBDF2-hinR80h2O2h4-dyuI2c2uDDx5I3xhghePimTO7hBVmJ4aOo-qtO6-2HmyE08k8r6fubzTc2gzzGQMHJu/s320/MVC-006F.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1-339Iuq22-AuyJEjyBjJTEwIsT7PeNpKArwOTV0LRXuxr_bh6rPctbpQEAHV4DJy_ZHQBikl71DAqVwAl3IilG6vpvVlaEWTqLrfAHWez8_pi-eh9C3FBENrEkjryeJzX79auOKCUHoY/s1600/MVC-007F.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5405897566517925874" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1-339Iuq22-AuyJEjyBjJTEwIsT7PeNpKArwOTV0LRXuxr_bh6rPctbpQEAHV4DJy_ZHQBikl71DAqVwAl3IilG6vpvVlaEWTqLrfAHWez8_pi-eh9C3FBENrEkjryeJzX79auOKCUHoY/s320/MVC-007F.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div>We've just received in the new 1/32nd Case IH 9120 Tracked Combine. (Great name by the way). </div><br /><div></div><br /><div>In the good old days of IH, they had a truck/SUV called the Scout. The picture above is John Wayne standing beside an old International truck.</div></div><div> </div><div>The Scout is being produced for Case IH by Club Car. Better known for their golf carts, Club Car has expanded to other utility vehicle concepts. I believe they also make a Bobcat utility vehicle as well.</div><div> </div><div>There will also be a version for New Holland which I believe is called the Rustler. Case IH and NH marketing came up with some great names for these vehicles in my opinion. Let me know what you think about these vehicles? <br /></div><div></div><div><br /></div><div></div><div><br /></div><div></div><div><br /></div><div></div></div>Bill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3573798885386106654.post-23824207638139525752009-09-17T07:12:00.000-07:002009-09-17T07:31:30.756-07:00New John Deere FlyerFind it out here first!!! The next Precision John Deere unit is an "R". For those of you familiar with the "R", it is known as the first JD tractor with a diesel engine. It was built for dry land farming, not row crop use, and had one of the largest two cylinder engines every built at that time. <br /><br />When I look back, it's been over 20 years since Ertl has produced a 1/16th scale "R" tractor. I'll get some images posted soon to give you a better idea of our new replica.Bill Waltershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12429652161650748041noreply@blogger.com
